Dry-cured Acorn-fed Ibérico Pork Chorizo.

Chorizo made from Iberico pork is understood as the mixture of minced or chopped meat and bacon and/or pork fat, all exclusively from Iberico pork, with the addition of salt, pimentón (smoked paprika) and other spices and seasonings.

Each thinly cut slice has a light marbling of fat which adds significantly to the texture of the meat. Taste it with this breadsticks.
