Maglio's Limone Cedrato is one of the most appreciated and renowned specialties. The Limone di Rocca Imperiale PGI is candied and infused in lemon distillate. The soil and climatic characteristics of the area give this product exceptional organoleptic qualities. The peel, particularly rich in essential oils, combines in the right balance with the aromatic substances and the low acidity of the juice. The zest is particularly soft and crumbly, similar to that of a cedar. The coating is 62% Criollo dark chocolate.
Maglio chocolate is made only with cocoa from sustainably grown cocoa.
