This Classic Biscuits Gift Box contains Canestrello, Maraneo, Zaletto, Bacetto, Cocoa, and Coffee biscuits:

  • Canestrello. A full-bodied buttery cookie. Inspired by the Ligurian tradition, this rich, fragrant shortbread cookie is made with fresh butter, clarified butter, and pure vanilla. An unpretentious, yet full-bodied, cookie that pairs well with an espresso or an Americano.
  • Maraneo. A fragrant butter cookie. From the Venetian countryside comes a buttery cookie with a grainy texture, typical of the rustic flour from the Marano maize. A tiny delicacy to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee, at any time of the day.
  • Zaletto. Shortbread with raisins. This traditional cookie has a Venetian heritage, as it features yellow flour from the Marano maize variety. The addition of choice raisins from Turkey and from Corinth delivers softness and fragrance to the grainy and crumbly texture of the cookie.
