The grey salt from Guérande is still hand-harvested using wooden tools, in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristic. Tartuflanghe has added some slices of white truffle to this extraordinary sea salt and the result is a versatile condiment.

Serving suggestions: it is excellent to season meat fillets, eggs and omelets, risotto, pasta, and to prepare dressings and condiments. Excellent also on cheese, sushi, fish, and foie grass.
