About Pujado Solano
For more than 30 years, Pujado Solano is devoted to the artisanal elaboration of anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea. Their products, fresh and fished in the best periods of the year, are manufactured in two factories: in Santoña (Cantabria), placed close to the sea, and Barcelona. The tradition, thoroughness, and experience used to prepare anchovies, fresh marinated anchovies in vinegar, and White Tuna in olive oil, in addition to the great quality of our raw materials, make them a supreme exquisiteness.
