Bonifanti products are made only using sourdough, that is without brewer's yeast. Sourdough is a mixture of water and flour fermented by lactobacillus and natural yeasts and refreshed on a daily basis to keep it alive. They have been refreshing the sourdough daily for over 80 years!
The sourdough makes food better with more complex flavors and better preservation.
Recommendations for use: to fully enjoy the sweet fragrance of this panettone, we recommend that you place it 1 hour before serving in a warm place. In order not to alter its softness when slicing, it is advisable to use a knife with a long and serrated blade.
