El Caserio Café au Lait candy is made from ripe coffee beans of the highest quality. A soft caramel with coffee & milk cream flavor.
El Caserío ingredients (depending on the particular product)

Chocolate, made directly from cocoa beans, gives El Caserío candies an exquisite flavor, in addition to healthy nutrients.
Coffee flavor comes from toasted, ground seeds of the coffee plant, harvested directly from ripe beans on the hillside of Gurama, in western Colombia.
Sweet almonds, which allow us to give for a mild flavor that is not overly intense.
Fresh milk, together with pine nuts, is the most important ingredient used to make El Caserío candies. That is why, once a day, fresh milk is brought to the factory to make El Caerío products.
Pine nuts are what set El Caserío candies apart. This ‘white caviar’, as it is sometimes called, provides valuable proteins and fiber, which are very important for balanced nutrition.
