The basic ingredients of the Top Line, including eggs from safe farms, milk butter, and cream produced in the mountains of Italy, are all fresh. The rest of the ingredients are selected from the best that Italy has to offer: superfine flour, top-grade Italian sugar, artisanal sea salt from Cervia

Genesi Collection is an essential Collection that endures the test of time. The packaging pays homage to the special bond that Loison has established with the Venetian region and its artistic heritage. The inspiration came from a Palladian architectural element, which is the classically inspired column. The stylized sequence of this classical element is reproduced on the packaging for an elegant texture. Fine ribbon and gold-tone details make these products look even more precious, whilst offering unpretentious style.

Loison’s Colomba Classica is made by means of the natural fermentation of sourdough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake itself is especially soft owing to the use of fresh milk, fresh butter and fresh cream, and natural Mananara del Madagascar* vanilla. It is light in texture and enriched with Sicilian candied orange peel. The loaf is covered with icing and decorated with granulated sugar and almonds.
It narrates a story of tradition and belonging. Loison Classic Colomba is baked from naturally leavened sourdough and enriched with succulent candied oranges from Sicily. The decoration is made of the sweetest almonds from Bari and Avola and white sugar sprinkles.

Vanilla is one of the most prized spices. Loison sources theirs directly from growers in Madagascar, as they offer one of the best vanilla crops in the world. The fragrant black pods we are more familiar with are obtained after a lengthy production process.
