Loison’s Colomba Regal Chocolate is made by means of the natural fermentation of sourdough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake is soft and light-textured enriched with chocolate cream and drops. The loaf is covered with chocolate icing and chocolate flake.
