Questa confettura è realizzata nel loro laboratorio aziendale utilizzando solo le prugne del nostro frutteto, raccolte a mano e trasformate freschissime, secondo la semplice ricetta tramandata nella loro casa da generazioni. Per loro non si tratta solo di lavoro, ma di rendervi partecipe di un caro ricordo: la confettura che mangiavano da bambini, che aveva solo il sapore semplice e buonissimo delle prugne mature.
