Awarded with multiple prizes in the main Italian and international oil competitions, Origini is OlioCru’s pride and joy. This oil is produced in limited amounts, exclusively from the pulp of monocultivar olives (pitted). It has many aromatic components and very persistent fruity notes. It has hints of cut grass and green almond, and presents itself to the palate with perfectly balanced bitter and spicy notes.
Pitted oil is obtained exclusively from olive pulp. The results are perceptible even to less experienced palates. The quality and stability of the oil are maximized to the topmost levels. With OlioCru pitted oils you will be able to highlight every pairing.
OlioCru is the northernmost extra virgin olive oil in the world.
Recommendations for use: fish and shellfish appetizers, game and raw meats, vegetable soups, raw or boiled potatoes.
Collection period: first ten days of October.
Transformation: thermo-controlled manufacturing with 2-phase process.
Stored until bottled, at constant temperature, in stainless steel tanks.
