Ramon Peña selects the best octopus from the Atlantic Ocean at the port (pieces between 1.5kg - 2kg). The octopus is frozen at the factory for 3 days to reach the best texture. Then after cleaning and cooking the octopus, they cut it into slices, fill the cans manually, and cover them with olive oil.
