Ramon Peña selects the best octopus from the Atlantic Ocean at the port (pieces between 1.5kg - 2kg). The octopus is frozen at the factory for 3 days to reach the best texture. Then after cleaning and cooking the octopus, they cut it into slices, fill the cans manually, and cover them with olive oil and smoked paprika.
