Sardines in Olive Oil with Padron Peppers

Ramon Peña selects the best small sardines from the Galician Rias at the port. Then after cleaning (head removal and gutting), the sardines are grilled and toasted at the factory. Then, they fill the cans by hand, put the Padron peppers, and cover them with olive oil. All that process takes just hours after harvest.
