Created in the 1980s by the ancestor from which this extraordinary Balsamic Vinegar takes its name. It is extraordinarily dense and with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste
It has been for many years the gift that Riccardo Giusti gave to his relatives and close friends. With a great density and sweetness, this liquid donates aromas and flavors of fruit jams, with traces of honey and vanilla.
It is aged in barrels with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted from a series of centuries-old casks.
Recommendations for use: As an additional to fresh pasta dishes, such as ravioli, selected cuts of beef, soft cheeses, fresh fruit, and desserts. It is ideal for barbecued meat and fish.
