About La Favorita
La Favorita was born in Cuneo (Piedmont, Italy) after the Second World War. They sold the anchovies they took from some fishermen who came from Liguria in exchange for some typical products of Piedmont (mushrooms, chestnuts, flour...)
They have always worked the raw materiaals in a simple and natural way, maintaining the pure taste of the ingredients and giving the costumer the feeling of eating a fresh product ("just picked").
All La Favorita products have been always produced without preservatives and colouring agents.
