About Antico Pedaggio
The excellent local cuisine is inspired by the true gastronomic tradition in Piedmont. The results of this tradition are the sauces and many ways of keeping fruits and vegetables produced in the summer for the long winter in a natural way without the addition of colorants and preservatives.
The farm Antico Pedaggio selects and uses varieties more resistant to pests against which targeted action is implemented. The use of insects useful for agriculture and pollination has helped to reduce to a minimum the use of chemicals.
The farm Antico Pedaggio transforms fruits produced locally, carefully selecting the raw materials and following the recipes of traditional Piedmont. Jams, fruits in syrup and in wine, sauces, hors d’oeuvre maintain throughout the fragrance and the authenticity of fresh products.
The company developed around the main building and for over seventy years has cultivated orchards and vegetable. From pruning to harvest we respect nature, thus obtaining safe and nutritious, but above all genuine products.
