La Fabbrica della Pasta uses only the best rice and cornflour, combined with the water of secular and clear springs of Mount Vesuvius of Gragnano. They are both gently kneaded together and pressed through bronze dies.
The extraordinary processing is completed by a long and delicate drying at a low temperature, which keeps the flavor, color, and roughness of the drawn pasta intact.
The production is finally completed by a refined, valuable packaging, most of the times completely manual, as the centenary tradition dictates.
