It is a condiment typical of the Modena area (Italy), made from cooked grape juice (called must), concentrated through a long cooking process and put on rest in wooden barrels to acetify and concentrate naturally. This aceto has been aged for 6 years.
The balsamic Vinegars Ponte Vecchio are coloring (caramel) and preservative-free.
Recommendations for use: mix salads, raw or cooked vegetables, roast and boiled white and red meat, omelets, boiled and roast fish.
