Family Reserva Arbequina Early Harvest is an unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, masterfully made with green olives harvested during at the end of October or the beginning of November. Due to their low level of ripeness, they must be harvested by hand and their yield is very low. It is a highly scented, dense, deeply fruity oil of a bright green, with a spicy touch. Its acidity does not exceed 0.25%.
