Alba, the capital of the Langhe, where Prunotto Mariangela Agricultural Company is based in, is a particularly fertile land that gives not only the highest quality fruit and vegetables, but also the exceptional grapes from which wines of particular value worldwide are made.
The wine is characterized by a more or less intense straw yellow color, a characteristic and fragrant aroma of Moscato, and a sweet, aromatic, characteristic, and sometimes lively flavor.
Precisely for this reason we have decided to transform the precious Moscato wine, with a particularly sweet and fruity flavor, into this delicious jelly.
It is particularly suitable for pairing with aged cheeses in walnut, vine or bay leaves and pecorino cheese in general.
It also enhances the flavor of very fresh cheeses such as ricotta thanks to its delicate flavor.
In addition to this delicious combination, it is suitable to accompany ice cream, yogurt or fruit salads.
A more imaginative combination can also be on a fresh mint granita.
