An exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil of an intense gold color with a high intensity green fruit aroma, where notes of other ripe fruits such as apple, almond, freshly cut green grass and an unmistakable touch of banana are appreciated due to the high percentage of polyunsaturated acids that it usually contains. Another characteristic of Arbequina oil is that it is sweet on the palate followed by a pleasant bitter tone and a slight spiciness.
It does not contain additives and has a large amount of antioxidants that allow the body to eliminate free radicals. In addition, it has a high percentage of oleic acid, which helps reduce bad cholesterol (LDL) and increase good cholesterol (HDL).
Recommendations for use: Season salads, grilled fish and desserts. Pairs greatly with San Carlos Gourmet or Full Moon Gran Reserva Transparent Balsamic Vinegar.

Arbequina Oil is a monovarietal oil (extracted from the Arbequina olive) harvested in October.
In Las Majadas del Tiétar, province of Cáceres, we enjoy a unique microclimate, where we make Arbequina Oil with the first harvest, 15 days earlier than usual. Very limited production, this is the only way to achieve the maximum level of fruitiness and an outstanding aroma.
