About Casa Forcello
Paola Calciolari began her career as a pharmacist but her true passion was food. She took a gamble, leaving her secure job in order to produce typical condiments from Mantova, Italy, often employing her grandmother’s recipes.
All their ingredients are carefully selected and processed fresh using special timing and methods that ensure color and fragrance are conserved without any need for preservatives, additives, thickeners or anti-oxidants.
