This special pasta is made from finest durum wheat with squid and cuttlefish ink added to give it the fascinating black appearance and a hint of flavor too. Delicious and original!
Recommendations for use: Perfect with all kinds of seafood pasta dishes (mussels, octopus...) or simply with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onions and chilies garnished with basil and pecorino cheese.
