Ramon Peña selects the best octopus from the Atlantic Ocean at the port (pieces between 1.5kg - 2kg). The octopus is frozen at the factory during 3 days to reach the best texture. Then after cleaning and boiling the octopus for 45 min, they cut it into slices, fill the cans manually, and cover them with olive oil.
Serving recommendations: put a drizzle of sweet or bittersweet smoked paprika onto the octopus and serve it with boiled potatoes.
