Tapas for everyone!

Posted by Paloma Barreno on

What are Tapas exactly? There's really no definitive answer. It is not a particular type of food. Anything can be tapas - paella, croquettes, a chunk of tuna, olives, anchovies, ham and cheese on toast... As long as it is small and served with your drink (either free or at a surcharge), it is tapas.

Would you like to try them at home? Check our Top Spaniard Tapas Recipes!
